STEM COORDINATOR

WSU Tri-Cities is seeking a GEAR UP STEM Coordinator for the Harvest of Hope (HOH) GEAR UP programs at our partner school districts in the Tri-Cities, Moses Lake, and Walla Walla Regions. This position is responsible for
working with all GEAR UP partners to develop STEM programs, training educators and GEAR UP personnel to
facilitate effective STEM programming; planning grant wide and/or regional STEM events with community
partners; maintaining and cultivating STEM partnerships and contacts; and using instructional tools and
methodologies that are consistent with district interventions to achieve grant outcomes.
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of professional work experience in a STEM related field in instruction or direct services to K-12 students, staff, and/or parents. A Master's degree in a STEM related field is desired.
