Our hiring salary range is between $43,304.00 to $44,304.00 per year (which includes our Classroom Site Fund/Prop 301). Teachers with the following education level can earn an additional salary: BA+15hrs ($1,140), BA+30 ($2,280), BA+45/MA ($3,420). In addition, Teachers can earn other possible payment (if eligible) for National Board-Certified Teacher ($3,000), BLE ($1,500), ESL ($1,000) and Provisional ESL ($500). Teachers can earn a Performance Pay up to $4,000.00.

Wilson also offers a Hard to Fill Stipend for Teachers to teach in the following positions: Special Ed Teacher ($2,000), Math Teacher ($1,500), Science Teacher ($1,500), and Speech/Language Teacher ($1,000). Teachers will be eligible for one hard to fill stipend.

Other positions:
School Psychologist – $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year (DOE). School Psychologist AZ certification and fingerprint card, Knowledge of Spec. Ed program, provide psychological and other testing to assist in placements and program design.

Speech and Language Pathologist - $50,117.59 to $60,117.59 per year (DOE). Plus, an additional $1,00o for the hard to fill stipend. Other possible payment (if eligible) $3,000 for National Board-Certified Teacher, $1,500 for BLE, $1,000 for ESL, $500 for Prov ESL. Performance Pay up to $4,000.00.

Substitute Teacher-$150 daily rate; $175.00 per day for long term Substitute position, AZ Cert & F-print req. Both Reg. and Long-Term Substitute positions are available.

Executive Director - Business Services - $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year (DOE). BS degree in education, Public Admin, Business Admin or related field. 5 yrs of leadership exp. and/or targeted, job related experience in School Business/Finance or Accounting.

Technology Supervisor - Salary range $56,410.00 to $69,410.00 (DOE). Technology Field, Supervisory Exp. AA Degree, Certifications in: CCNP, Storage Plus or equivalent, and /or VCP, Network+, A+ and Cisco CCNA. FT w/benefits.

Speech and Language Pathologist Asst. - $$16.01 - $18.38 per hour (DOE). Supports the Speech Language Pathologist with providing direct, skilled speech therapy services to students. 10-month school year schedule. FT w/benefits.

Preschool/Reg./Spec. Ed. Instr. Asst.- $13.42 - $15.18 per hour (DOE). ParaPro/WorkKeys Test, AA or 60 credit hrs. 10-month school year schedule. PT w/benefits.

School Monitor - Salary $13.15 per hour (DOE); with benefits (10-month school year schedule). The School Monitor is responsible for providing the safety of students on playgrounds, buses, street crossings, lunchrooms, hallways, and other school property by enforcing school rules and policies.

AVID Tutor - $13.15 phr. College students prefer. Tutors will help guide students toward academic and personal excellence that will reach far beyond their secondary school years. PT w/no benefits.

Crossing Guard - $13.85 phr. four (4) hours per day (split shift) be alert and careful while manning assigned school crossing. PT w/no benefits.
