Valid NJ TOH or TOSD certification req. - Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant (LDTC)
Part-Time (o.6), to join the Lester C. Noecker School community and Child Study Team. We seek a candidate who can provide educational diagnostic and consultative services for students, case manage students with disabilities, and serve as a resource person to parents, faculty, and staff in the general and special education programs. NJ Certification as an LDTC, experience administering updated assessment tools to children ages 3 through 6th grade, three to five years of teaching, and Child Study Team experience preferred. Effective problem-solving, human relations and communication skills desired. - Special Education Teacher- Maternity Leave

Day/flex shift; positions have the potential to become full-time with benefits. Custodians perform general cleaning and maintenance in our elementary school building and grounds and maintain equipment in functional condition. Black Seal License preferred.

Mission Statement
Lester C. Noecker School is a K-6 elementary school located in the town of Roseland, New Jersey, built in 1967. Our school mascot is the wise owl and our school colors are the traditional and spirited colors of red and white. We’re sure after you check out this site you’ll agree with our motto, “We Care About What We Do.”
In an atmosphere reflecting a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect, we celebrate the uniqueness and diversity of the members of our school community. Our goal is to cultivate a learning environment in which our children will develop productive mind habits and successful skills of learning which culminate in academic achievement and positive self-esteem. We invite and encourage the children to explore new horizons and support them in such endeavors. We provide the necessary guidance which encourages each child to develop critical thinking skills for personal goal setting, problem solving and decision making. To these ends, the Lester C. Noecker School community remains dedicated.
