We are seeking a dedicated Food Prep Staff Member to join our dynamic culinary team. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient preparation and assembly of high-quality dishes.
Your responsibilities will include: Executing food prep tasks, such as chopping, peeling, and measuring ingredients, while following established recipes and portion sizes. Preparing ingredients for cooking, ensuring freshness and quality are maintained at all times. Assisting in the setup and organization of the kitchen line, ensuring all necessary tools and ingredients are readily available for the cooking team. Contributing to the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing work surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy periods. Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards to uphold a safe and sanitary kitchen environment. Following directions from the head chef or kitchen supervisor to meet production schedules and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
Requires: 1 year experience in a restaurant kitchen that includes food prep experience.
