ACCOUNT ASSOCIATE - CPS

Perform various payroll, accounts payable, and purchasing requisition related functions in support of Continuing and Professional Studies operations. Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired. Two years related experience. Knowledge of information research strategies preferred. Ability to develop positive relationships w/diverse student population.

Ability to work in multi-project, fast-paced environment & meet concurrent deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively and address problems through teamwork. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Must be computer literate with ability to utilize Microsoft Office at intermediate level and ability to learn and utilize specific higher education programs/systems. Ability to learn/apply office practices, procedures, policies, and regulations essential to position. Fluency in a second language is preferred or may be required. Ability to travel locally.

Annual salary of $43,655 with benefits.
